The 3D Project Graphic Files (3D-Project Files) available at the Radio Free Asia (RFA) Broadcast Open Source Initiative Web-Site are the property of RFA unless otherwise noted.
RFA grants permission for all users to download, use, modify and incorporate into their own engineering drawings and designs the 3-D Project Files. Users may also make unlimited copies and freely distribute the 3-D Project Files. Users may further treat any drawings and graphics files created with the use of the 3-D Project Files as their own creations as long as the 3D-Project Files are not the primary source of the drawing value (comprise more than 50% of the drawing objects).
All companies and/or individuals that allow the distribution of their original graphic files as 3D-Project Files do so without surrendering ownership and with the understanding that their graphic/drawing files will be distributed under this agreement.
Users may not distribute 3D-Project Files, modified or unmodified, in commercial products, in the form of a collection or library or as part of a software design tool for resale.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT WILL RFA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE 3D-PROJECT FILES OR DOCUMENTATION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF RFA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME WITH THE USE OF THESE FILES THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK.
